  2. Name and version of your operating system (i.e. OSX 10.10.1, Windows 7 SP1, etc.)
  3. Name and version of your DAW/host (i.e. Ableton Live 9.6, Logic Pro X, Cubase 8.5, etc)
  4. A detailed description of the problem
